RemoteApp allows the end user to connect to a remote server application that appears to run within the user's computer. For example, a computer at your home that does not have Office 2007 will be able to connect to Word or Excel and have access to all local and remote files and printers. This service is available to all students and staff of USD 449. Remote Desktop allows the end user to connect to a full desktop session that operates just like logging into a USD 449 computer. Remote Desktop is compatible with most computers, tablets, and smart phones. The free 2X Client app for android and iOS devices works very well.
